Payments, shipping, returns, privacy
All payments are made through PayPal. You do not have to have a PayPal account to use your credit cards with them. Hudson River Fine Art will never see your financial information, nor will any of it be stored on our site.
Shipping options will be added during checkout through PayPal.
International shipping is not offered at this time but can be arranged.
If you need international shipping or another option that is not offered, please contact us.
Returns, made within 30 days of the date of sale, will only be accepted for replacement of a product, not for credit.
Returns will be accepted if there is substantial damage to your product during shipping.
Because all monitors are calibrated differently, the colors on your product may differ somewhat from the image you see on your screen. The ambient light will also affect how you see colors. Unless there is substantial variation, we will not accept returns.
Please return a damaged or unacceptable product to the printer who will replace the item after determining that the product is damaged or substandard.
If the return is justified, you will be credited for the return postage.
Hudson River Fine Art will never give or sell our mailing list to another party.
When you make a purchase, you will also be added to our mailing list, which will be used to let you know when new artists, images or products have been added to the website. We will also let you know when one of our artists is having a gallery exhibition. You can opt out of the mailing list using a link on any of our emails.
